my paintings are mostly oil on canvas.  i've tried acrylics but do not like the way they feel while painting and look when dried.  oils are more difficult to deal with, they dry slowly, and thus take patience.  however, i love the brilliance and depth i can achieve.  my second favorite medium is watercolors.  i am fascinated by the way watercolors sometimes paint themselves when wet on wet.

the slide show i present here on the left, is only a cross section of my work, meant to afford a glimpse into my art.  you will notice different styles and approaches.  although broad strokes and bold colors on large canvases tends to be my style, i do not limit myself.  instead i like to explore, let loose, discover, try out different feels and looks.  i am not always in the same mood, my art reflects this.
